• Monthly payments are in advance from your nominated credit card.

• You must belong to Unlimited Wash Club for a minimum of 2 Months.         

• You must already be an approved Unlimited Wash Member to Tag On another registration.

• No Tag On membership will be accepted if the application name isn’t already a wash club member

• You must provide 7 days notice to cancel the service in writing via email admin@washed.net.au.

• No refunds will be given for partial periods.

• Washed On James reserves the right to modify or cancel memberships at any time for any reason.

• Washed On James reserves the right to not open during inclement weather or maintenance.

• Washed On James reserves the right to increase prices without notice.

• One vehicles registration per sign up.  If you Change registrations please contact us so we can update your profile at admin@washed.net.au

• The Washed On James Unlimited Wash Club is month to month with no hidden cancellation charges.

• By entering Washed On James Unlimited Wash Club you agree that the credit card provided will be automatically charged each month.  You also agree that you waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges.

• Heavily soiled vehicles may incur a surcharge.  Please see additional add ons for prices.  

• If payment does not go through on your selected card membership will be automatically cancelled until otherwise notified by email of  new card. Ezidebit will charge a Failed Payment Fee (please read your DD service agreement when signing up)

• Unlimited Wash Club is not to be used with any other promotion.

• Commercial vehicles including Taxi’s and Uber’s are unable to join the Unlimited and Tag On wash club. 

• You are also bound to Washed On James T & C of Entry as well as the conditions listed above .  

• Our direct debit provider is Ezidebit. They will provide the service but we are still your point of contact.  See Ezidebit DD Services Agreement attached to Request Form.

Any vehicles with excessive mud under wheel arches or on vehicle will be turned away.  Please remove all mud before entering the express car wash.

Below points incorporate that your vehicle is fit for purpose and you acknowledge that Washed On James will not be held responsible for anything that is dislodged, broken or misplaced, outside any vehicle, which has been caused by our normal washing process.

This includes but is not limited to the following:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicle

• Aerials (including power antennas and aerials that cannot be removed or cannot be retracted)
  

• Light & Bug Covers including Spotlight covers

• Damage to wipers front and back

• Number plates or number plate covers

• Open windows and sunroofs and faulty seals

• Cracked or chipped windows

• Oxidised, chipped blistered or spider webbing paint work

• Any vehicle aftermarket modification on outside

• Bonnet or headlight protectors front and rear, mud flaps, side skirts or bumpers

• Graphics on vehicles

• Scratch marks on body of vehicle including marks on rims, bull bars or roll bars

• All loose items including tools, sticks, rubbish and rope have been removed from ute tray.

• A collision between drivers who brake or accelerate in the car wash tunnel is NOT our responsibility.

• Vehicle owners/drivers will be held responsible for any damage to car wash property

• Do Not use this car wash if your vehicle has non-standard accessories, modifications, body damage, loose moulding, broken parts, damaged clear coat or defective paint

• We do not take responsibility for vehicles over 5 years old or have pre-existing damage to the vehicle or vehicles with known manufacturer paint defects.

• Drivers of vehicles are to use caution when driving on Washed On James property and must follow instructions when given from Staff.

  Vacuums are for vehicle interiors only

  STRICTLY NO Trailers, Boats, Caravan’s or Ute Trays are permitted to be vacuumed

The customer accepts full responsibility for any damages or loss incurred to their vehicle and other peoples property if they are at fault. Any reports remains the property of Washed On James.

For Entry to the car wash facility you are bound by

You can wash your vehicle once day if you would like!  During our operational hours 

Yes you can cancel anytime by emailing admin@washed.net.au.  This will take up to 7 days to process and also be aware that thers are no refunds given for partial periods.

Yes, by signing up to the Unlimited Wash Club you agree for this to be so.  You can cancel anytime.

No sorry.  Each Unlimited Wash Club is valid for one car registration.  You can now TAG ON a family member for unlimited monthly washing.  A TAG ON membership is also for one registration per TAG ON sign up.  TAG ON membership is only available to those who already have a Unlimited Wash Membership.
